Package 1
Our natural fertility package for women in cycles.
As your instructor, we will start with a 30-45 minute session to explain the application of the Marquette method of NFP. Additionally, we will provide follow-up sessions at 1, 3 and 6 months of charting. Ongoing follow up via email is also provided.
This package is suitable for women of all cycle types, including those with irregular cycles and/or PCOS.

Package 2
For postpartum breastfeeding women.
As your instructor, I will help you to navigate the postpartum transition and explain the application of the
Marquette Method of NFP in each stage. Additionally, I will provide follow-up sessions at 1, 3, 6 and 12 months of charting. Ongoing follow-up via email is also included.
