Our courses begin with an introduction to fertility, giving you a clear understanding of the female reproductive system, the menstrual cycle and the changes taking place in the female body throughout the cycle. From there, you’ll learn how to recognise and interpret the signs of fertility and apply the Marquette Method of Natural Family Planning to your own cycle.
